RESOLUTION NUMBER 5513
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH AWARDING THE BID FOR THE WEST END
STORM WATER PUMP STATION REHABILITATION, PROJECT
NO, 50050
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES I
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the contract between the City of Seal
Beach and SoCal Pacific Construction Inc. for the West End Storm Water
Pump Station Rehabilitation, Project No. 50050.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the contract for
the West End Storm Water Pump Station Rehabilitation, Project
No.50050.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE City Council of Seal Beach, at a
meeting hereof held on the 13th day of November ,2006 by the following vote:
