SEAL BEACH APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. LL 04-01
FOR PARCEL 1 AND PARCEL 2, ALSO KNOWN AS 231 SEAL BEACH
BOULEVARD. .
WHEREAS, Gregory R. Miller, owner of Parcel I and Parcel 2, known as 231 Seal Beach
Boulcvard (Assessor Parcel Number 199-062-05 and Assessor Parcel Number 199-
062-36), tiled for a Lot Linc Adjustment for the purposc of granting 1,329.66
square fect (0.0305 acre) from Parcel I to Parcel 2 for the potential sale of
property; and ..
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submittcd the completed Lot Linc Adjustment fonl1s and
exhibits.
NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS I?OLLOWS:
I. That the City COW1Ci! approve Lot Linc Adjustment No. LL 04-01 for Gregory R. Miller.
2. That the Director of Public Works/City Engineer and the Director or Development Services
are authorized to sign Lot Line Adjustmcnt No. LL 04-01 and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
have Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 04-01 documents recorded in the office ofthc County Recordcr
of Orange County.
