Home My WebLink AboutCC Ord 1536 2005-06-13 ORDINANCE NUMBER 1536 I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA REVISING THE NUMBERING SYSTEM FOR CHAPTERS llA (MAPPED STREETS), 21 (SUBDMSIONS), AND 28 (ZONING) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH (2004 EDITION), AMENDING CHAPTER 7.55 "PARK USE RESTRICTIONS", SECTION 7.55.010, "PARK USE RESTRICTIONS", SUBSECTION F, AND REPEALING SECTIONS 4, 5 AND 6 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 1531 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The numbering system for Sections and subsections for Chapter ItA (Mapped Streets), Chapter 21 (Subdivisions), and Chapter 28 (Zoning) of the Code of the City of Seal Beach are amended to read as follows: Current Numbering System Section 28-100 A. (1) (a) (i) Amended Numbering System Section 28-100 A. 1. a. (i) I Section 2. Chapter 7.55 "Park Use Restrictions", Section 7.55.010, "Park Use Restrictions", subsection F of the Seal Beach Municipal Code is amended to read as follows: "F. No person shall drive, putt, or in any other fashion play or practice golf on city park land or on city athletic field land, except when conducted as part of and directly supervised through a City-sponsored recreation class." . repealed. Section 3. Sections 4, 5, and 6 of Ordinance Number 1531 are hereby Section 4. If any section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance or any part thereof is for any reason held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance or any part hereof. The City Council of the City of Seal Beach hereby declares that it would have passed each section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase hereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone or more sections, subsections, subdivisions, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid.
