AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH REPEALING EXCEPTION 7 TO
SECTION 1004.2.3.2 OF THE CALIFORNIA
BUILDING CODE (SECTION 9.55.065.L OF
THE SEAL BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE)

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
. Section 1. Exception 7 to Section 1004.2.3.2 of the 2001 California Building
Code, as set forth in Section 9.55.065.L of the Seal Beach Municipal Code, is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the ~Cil of the City of Seal
