Home My WebLink AboutCC Ord 1407 1996-08-12 I I I ORDINANCE NO. /~7 , AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING ZONE CHANGE 96-1, CHANGING THE ZONING TO DEPICT THE INCREASE OF APPROXIMATELY 14.8 ACRES OF "MAIN STREET SPECIFIC PLAN ZONE" LAND AND APPROPRIATE DECREASES OF OTHER ZONING CATEGORIES WITHIN THE CITY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: WHEREAS, the City has adopted Negative Declaration 96-1, through the adoption of Resolution No. 4490, which is incorporated herein by reference. Said Negative Declaration represents the independent judgment of the City of Seal Beach. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED that the City Council of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Zone Change 96-1, changing the zoning from" Service Commercial" (C-l), "General Commercial" (C-2) and "Public Land Use" (PLU) to "Main Street Specific Plan Zone" (C-SP), as described in "Attachment A" and as exhibited in "Attachment B".
