Home My WebLink AboutCC Ord 1316 1991-01-14 ORDINANCE NUMBER /5/10 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH RELATING TO VESTING TENTATIVE MAPS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I Section 1. of the Code as follows: Article X, Chapter 21, Sections 21-44 and 2l-45(a) of the City of Seal Beach are hereby amended to read "Sec. 21-44. Definition of Vestina Tentative Map." A "vesting tentative map" shall mean a tentative map for a subdivision, as defined in' this Chapter, that shal'l have printed conspicuously on its face the words "Vesting Tentative Map" at the time it is filed in accordance with Section 21-45 of this ArtiCle, and is thereafter processed in accordance with the provisions of this Article and the Subdivision Map Act.
