THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, Gerald L. Wallace, owner of Parcel 2. known as I Anderson Street (Assessor Parcel
Number 178-502-45), filed for a Lot Line Adjustment to acquire 104,86 square feet
(0.00241 acre) from Parcell known as Assessor Parcel NUlllber 178-502-46 owned
by Surfside Colony, LTD. Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted the completed Lot Lme Adjustment forms and
exhibits,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Seal Beach does
