Main Street Specific I'lan Zone In - Lieu Parking Fees The following per space m-Iieu parkmg fee is hereby established for uses on commercially zoned parcels located withm the Main Street Specific Plan Zone: 1. A $3,500.00 fee per deficient space for all such uses established on or after September I, 1996. Such fee shall be calculated by multiplying the number of parking spaces required, for the use that IS not provided either on-site or within three hundred feet (300') of the parcel on which the use is situated, by $3,500.00.
