.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AND GRANT DEED OF REAL
PROPERTY ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR BUS TURNOUTS ON
NORTHERLY SIDE OF LAMPSON AVENUE
'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has provided certification to the City Council of the City of Seal I
Beach that the Improvements for the three (3) bus turnouts on the nOltherly side of Lampson
Avenue at Old Ranch Plaza, at Basswood Street, and at Candleberry Avenue have been
completed in a salls factory manner; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer also recommends that the City Council of the City of Seal Beach
accept frorn the Bixby Ranch Company the offer of Grant Deed of Real Property road right-ot:
way for the aforementioned bus turnouts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Seal Beach that
the improvements for the aforementioned three (3) bus turnouts on the northerly side of Lampson
Avcnue at Old Ranch Plaza, at Basswood Street, and at Candleberry Avenue are hereby
accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Seal Beach that the Grant
Deed of Real Property road right-of-way from the Bixby Ranch Company for the
aforementioned bus turnouts be and the same is hereby accepted, (Exhibit" A" & "B ") .

IMPROVEMENTS AND RECOMMENDATION TO
ACCEPT IMPROVEMENTS AND GRANT DEED
FOR BUS TURNOUTS ON LAMPSON A VENUE

I, Douglas A. Dancs, City Engineer for the Cily of Seal Beach, do herby certify that the
improvements for the tllfee (3) bus turnouts on the northerly side of Lampson A venue at
Old Ranch Plaza, at Basswood Street, and at Candleberry A venue have been completed
in a satisfactory manner. .
Additionally the Bixby Ranch Company has provided an offer of Grant Deed of Real
Propel ty road right-of-way to the City of Seal Beach for the aforementioned bus turnouts,
I therefore recommend that City Council of the City of Seal Beach accept the
improvements for the aforementioned bus turnout.
I additionally recommend that the City Council of the City of Seal Beach accept from the
Bixby Ranch Company the offer of Grant Deed of Real Property road right-of-way for
the aforementioned bus turnouts
