A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH DECLARING WORK TO BE COMPLETED AS TO PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT CIP #50093 CITY PLAYGROUND
IMPROVEMENT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN ORTCO, INC. AND THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH
WHEREAS, on July 22, 2002, the City of Seal Beach entered into a contract with Oltco,
Inc.
I
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has detennmed that the work has been substantially
completed in accordance with the contract docwnents.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Seal Beach
as follows'
Section I.
That the work reqUired to be performed by said Contractor has been
completed.
Section 2.
That the total cost of said work is in the amount of$ 230,971.
Section 3.
That the work is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 4.
It is further ordered that a "Notice of Completion", Exhibit "A", be filed on
behalf of the City in the Office of the Orange County Recorder within 10
days of the date of t1us resolution.
