Hellman PlOperl1cs LLC, as owner, proposes to convey to the CIty of Seal Beach fee title to certain property for public park pllrposes ("the Gllm Grove Park Property" herein). Tile Gum Grove Park Property IS legally descnbed in Exlllbit "A" and depicted m Exlubtf "A I," all attached hereto .and incorporated herein by this refcrence. Section 2 The City of Seal Beach hereby accepts the conveyance of the Gum Grove Park Propel1y. Such acceptance shall be effective upon the recordatIOn in the Orange County Recorder's Oflice of. (t) the conveyance deed for tile Gllm Glove Park Propet1y, and (11) sllch additional documents as may be reqUIred to effectuate tile City's acceptance. Secl10n 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk tS hetcby authonzed to record, thts Resolul1on and any additional documents that may be reqUIred to effectuate the CIty's acccptance of tile Gum Grove Park Propet1y.
