A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH
DECLARING WORK TO BE COMPLETED AS TO PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT #50153, THE ANNUAL STREET SEAL
PROGRAM PROJECT FY 02/03, ENTERED INTO BETWEEN DOUG MARTIN
CONTRACTING COMPANY, INC. AND THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH
WHEREAS, on April 28, 2003, the City of Seal Beach entercd into a contract with Doug Martin
Contracting Co., Inc
I
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has detennined that the work has been substantially completed
in accordmlce with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE,.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
That the work required to be perfonned by said Contractor has been completed.
That the total cost of said work is in the amount of $149,545.80.
That the work is hereby accepted and approved.
It is further ordered that a "Notice of Completion", Exhibit A, be filed on, bchalf of
the City in the Office of the Orange County Recorder within 10 days of the date of
this resolution.
