Fanelli, owner of Parcel I and Parcel 2, known as 234 13th Street, filed for a Lot Line Adjustment for the purpose of granting 0.0287 acre from Parcel 2 known as north one-half of lot 34 in block 222 to Parcel I known as lot 36 in block 222, for the potential sale of property; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted the completed Lot Line Adjustment forms and exhibits, ' NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: Section I.
