A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO.
LL-04-02 FOR PARCEL 1 AND PARCEL 2, ALSO, KNOWN
AS 234 13th STREET.

WHEREAS, Stephen 1. Fanelli and Denise C. Fanelli, owner of Parcel I and Parcel 2, known
as 234 13th Street, filed for a Lot Line Adjustment for the purpose of granting
0.0287 acre from Parcel 2 known as north one-half of lot 34 in block 222 to
Parcel I known as lot 36 in block 222, for the potential sale of property; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted the completed Lot Line Adjustment forms and
exhibits, '
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH RESOLVE,
DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. That the City Council approve Lot Line Adjustment 04-02 for Stephen J. Fanelli and
Denise C. Fanelli.
Section 2. That the Director of Public Works/City Engineer and the Director of Development
Services are al;lthorized to sign Lot Line Adjustment 04-02 and the City Clerk is
, hereby directed to have Lot Line Adjustment 04-02 documents recorded in the
office ofthe county Recorder of Orange County.
