THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBV RESOL VI~:
WHEREAS, Target Corporation, Centex Homes, and Old Ranch Town Center I, L.P. filed for a
Lot Line Adjustment for Parcel H and Parcel I of Centex Homes Subdivision Tract
No. 15797, and Parcel I and Parcel 2 of City of Seal Beach Lot Line Adjustment
LL 00-01 of Old Ranch Town Center subdivision Tract No. 15.767; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted the completed Lot Line Adjustment fonns and
exhibits "A", "AA", and "BB".
