A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH A WARDING THE BID FOR THE FIRST STREET
SEWER PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO.
50214
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF SEAL BEACH DOES I
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the contract between the City of Seal
Beach and SoCal Pacific Construction Inc. for the First Street Sewer Pump
Station, Project No. 50214
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the contract for
the First Street Sewer Pump Station, Project No. 50214
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE City Council of Seal Beach, at a
meeting hereof held on the 22nd day of January, 2007 by the following vote:
