HomeMy WebLinkAboutRDA Res 90-2 1990-11-26 RESOLUTION NUMBER ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH I The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Seal Beach does hereby resolve: Section 1. That certain property, commonly known as the Electric Greenbelt, which is the median strip between the traffic lanes of Electric Avenue between Marina Drive and Seal Beach Boulevard, described with more particularity in the grant deed attached hereto as Exhibit A, shall be conveyed to the City of Seal Beach. Section 2. The Agency hereby authorizes the Chairperson of the Agency to execute the grant deed conveying such property to the City. Section 3. The Agency hereby directs the Executive Director to prepare all necessary documents to effectuate the conveyance of such property to the City.
