A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL
ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF THE 2014 ANNUAL CONCRETE
REPAIR PROGRAM PROJECT NO. ST1404 AND DIRECTING
THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE
PROJECT
THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City accepts the completion of the 2014 Annual Concrete
Repair Program Project No. ST1404 (the "Project") substantially completed by
Golden State Constructors, Inc. in accordance with the contract documents,
dated on April 28, 2014 for the total cost of $55,455.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a "Notice of Completion" for
the Project with the Office of the Orange County Recorder within 10 days of the
date of this Resolution. The retention shall be released in 35 days.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the Seal Beach City Council at a
regular meeting held on the 8th day of September , 2014 by the following vote:
