Home My WebLink AboutRDA Res 75-14 1975-09-22 , 1-.' ~ I I rtESOLUTION NUMBER ~II A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 71-16, ARTICLE II, SECTION 6. WHEREAS, Article II, Section 6, of Resolution No. 71-16 provides that the Executive Director shall perform certain functions relating to the affairs of the Agency, and WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency finds that it may be necessary and desirable for the Executive Director's designees to perform certain Agency functions. Agency NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Redevelopment that Section 6 of Article 4 of the BY~Laws of the Agency be amended to read as follows: "The City Manager of the City of Seal Beach shall be the Executive Director of the Agency, and, as Executive Director, he shall have general supervision over the administration of the Agency's business ~,d affairs, subject to ,the direction of the Agency. The Executive Director or his designees shall also have the care and custody of all funds of the'Agency and shall deposit the same(in the name of the Agency} in such bank or banks as the Agency may select. He or his designees shall sign all orders and checks for the payment of money and shall payout and disburse such moneys under the direction of the Agency. The Executive Director or his designees shall keep regular books of accounts showing receipts and expenditures and shall render to the Agency, B24-i 9/16/75 (lg) ,I~ I I at each regular meeting, an account of his or his designees' transactions and also of the financial conditions of the Agency. He or his designees shall give such bond for the faithful performance of his or his designees' duties as the Agency may determine." . PASSED. APPROVED.
