Approve the minutes for the regular meeting of the Successor Agency of the
former Seal Beach Redevelopment Agency held on January 26, 2015.

The Successor Agency met at 8:58 p.m. in the City Council Chambers with Chair
Deaton calling the meeting to order,

Chair Deaton opened oral communications. There being no speakers, Chair
Deaton closed oral communications.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Massa-Lavitt moved, second by Sloan, to approve the recommended actions on
the consent calendar as presented.
AYES: Deaton, Sloan, Miller, Massa-Lavitt, Varipapa
NOES: None Motion carried
