Appointments to the Seal Beach Audit Committee — Approve Resolution No. 6551 confirming the appointments to the Seal Beach Audit Committee. E. Emergency Repair of West-End Storm Water Pump Station — Notice of Completion — Adopt Resolution No. 6552 accepting the emergency repair of the West-End Storm Water Pump Station by Southern Contracting Company, Inc. in the amount of $84,825; and approving Budget Amendment BA 15-10-02 allocating $84,825 for the replacement of a variable frequency drive at the City's West-End Storm Water Pump Station; and directing the City Clerk to file a "Notice of Completion" with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder within ten (10) days from the date of acceptance and to release retention in 35 days. F. Amendment to the Waste Disposal Agreement with the County of Orange — Adopt Resolution No. 6553 approving an Amendment to the 2009 Waste Disposal Agreement (WDA) with the County of Orange and authorizing the City Manager to execute the Agreement. G. City Clerk Appointment — Second reading of Ordinance No. 1645, which would vest the power to appoint the City Clerk in the City Manager.
