HomeMy WebLinkAboutRDA Res 75-06 1975-05-27 . <~ ..f- , , ,-. ...~ I RESOLUTION NO. 1f-~ A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DESIGNATING AN AMENDED SURVEY AREA FOR POSSIBLE EXPANSION OF THE RIVERFRONT REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT BOUNDARIES. THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Seal Beach hereby finds that it would be in the best interests of the City to consider expanding the Riverfront Redevelopment Project to include parcels not presently within the Project boundaries. Section 2. The survey area of the Riverfront Redevelop- ment Project is hereby expanded to incorporate those additional parcels shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, described as follows: Parcel A: 6,7 acres site bounded by Marina Drive, First Street, Pacific Electric Right of Way and the San Gabriel River (Seal Beach Trailer Park). I Parcel B: Vacant 2.7 acres located at the north- west corner of Pacific Coast Highway and First Street. Parcel C: Irregular parcel bounded by Marina Drive, Pacific Coast Highway and Fifth Street. Parcel D: Vacant 79 acres Hellman property bounded by Haynes Steam- Plant Road, developed area of Marina Hill and the Orange County- Seal Beach boundary line.
