Pursuant to the Brown Act, the Council cannot discuss or take action on any items not on the agenda unless authorized by law. Matters not on the agenda may, at the Council's discretion, be referred to the City Manager and placed on a future agenda. Those members of the public wishing to speak are asked to come forward to the microphone and state their name for the record. All speakers will be limited to a period of 5 minutes. Assembly Concurrent Resolution 100 Letter of Support — Sign a letter of support for Assembly Concurrent Resolution 100 authored by Assembly Member Travis Allen. E. District 5 Historic Preservation Committee Appointee — Ratify the appointment of John Devlin as the District 5 representative to the Historic Preservation Committee. Specific Plan Amendment 15-1 Regarding Amendments to the Department of Water and Power Specific Plan to Amend Permitted Land Use Categories to Include Visitor Serving Uses as Required by the California Coastal Commission — Introduce and conduct the first reading of Ordinance No. 1649, considering the proposed Specific Plan Amendment 15-1 regarding amendments to the Department of Water and Power Specific Plan to amend permitted Land Use Categories as required by the California Coastal Commission.
