A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE SEAL
BEACH CITY CLERK AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the executive employment
services agreement for the City Clerk between the City and Robin Roberts.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager to
execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the Seal Beach City Council at a
regular meeting held on the 12th day of October, 2015 by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members: Deaton Sloan Miller Massa- Lavitt, Varipapa
NOES: Council Members: None
ABSENT: Council Members: None
ABSTAIN: Council Members: None
