E. Classification and Compensation Consulting Services — Adopt Resolution No. 6629 approving a professional services agreement with Koff & Associates for Classification and Compensation Consulting Services for an amount not to exceed $79,500 and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
