UK100002 and UK100001 (PEA) between the City of Seal Beach and Orange County Transportation Authority for the 1-405 Freeway Improvement Project; approving Freeway Agreement between the City of Seal Beach and Caltrans for 1-405 Freeway; and authorizing the Mayor to execute each of the agreements.
