Compensation Council Members are paid $600 per month (MC 3.05.010 - Ord. #1561) Expense & Use of Public Resource - Policy 300 -09 Mayor - Mayor ProTempore At the City Council meeting in December each year, the City Council selects the Mayor and the Mayor ProTempore from among its members. Council Meetings Regular City Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. Special or Adjourned City Council meetings may be held as needed. r
