RESOLUTION NUMBER 5536
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH DECLARING WORK TO BE COMPLETED
FOR PROJECT NO. 50218 OCEAN A VENUE STREET
IMPROVEMENTS
I
WHEREAS, on August 14, 2006, City of Seal Beach entered into a contract with All
American Asphalt, Inc.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work has been substantially
completed in accordance with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Section 2.
Section 3.
Section 4.
That the work required to be performed by said Contractor has been
completed.
That the total cost of said work is in the amount of $1,669,965.53.
That the work is hereby accepted and approved.
It is further ordered that a "Notice of Completion" be filed on behalf of the
City in the Office of the Orange County Recorder within 10 days of the
date of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE City Council of Seal Beach, at a
meeting hereof held on the 26th day of March, 2007 by the following vote:
