A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH DECLARING WORK TO BE COMPLETED AS TO PLANS I
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT #735, CONSTRUCTION OF
THE PIER WATERLINE, CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN
ATLAS-ALLIED, INC. AND THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, on August 23,1999, the City of Seal Beach entered into a contract with
Atlas-Allied, Inc.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work has been substantially
completed in accordance with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Seal
Beach as follows:
Section 1. That the work required to be performed by said Contractor has been
completed.
Section 2. That the total cost of said work is in the amount of $ 61,091.94.

Section 3. That the work is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 4. It is further ordered that a "Notice of Acceptance", Exhibit "A", be filed
on behalf of the City is in the Office of the County of Orange within 10
days of the date of this resolution.
