A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH, CONFlRMING APPOINTMENTS MADE BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF REPRESENTATIVES TO VARIOUS
BOARDS, AGENCIES AND ORGANLZA TIONS, ASSIGNING
CERTAIN DUTIES TO COUNCILMEMBERS AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NUMBER 4678

WHEREAS, the duly selected Mayor of the City of Seal Beach has appointed various members
of the City Council to be the City's official representatives to various boards,
agencies and organizations requiring such representatioll; and
WHEREAS, certain duties have been assigned to certain Council members; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of confirming such appointments and assignments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City council does hereby confirm the
appointments as set forth below,
ShawlI Boyd is the City's representative on the Board of Directors of Sanitation District
NO.3 of Orange County.
2 John lJarsoll is the City's alternate representative on the Board of Directors of Sa nitati 011
District No. 3 of Orange County,
3 William Doane is the City's representative to the West Orange County Water Board.

Paul Yost is the City's altemate representative to the West Orange County Water Board
I
5. John Larson is the City's representative to Southern California Association of
Governments.
G Shawn Boyd is the City's alternate representative to Southern California Association of
Governments.
7. Patricia Campbell is the City's representative to Orange County Division, League of
California Cities.
8 John Larson is the City's alternate representative to Orange County Division, League of
California Cities
9. Paul Yost is the City's represelltative to the Santa Ana River Flood Protection Agency
10. John Larson is the City's alternate representative to the Santa Ana River Flood Protection
Agency,
II. Shawn Boyd is the City's representative to Orange County Fire Authority,

John Larson is the City's alternate representative to Orange County Fire Authority.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these appointments are effective this date, and that
Resolution Number 4678 is hereby rescinded,
