Establish the Memoranda of Understanding with the Seal Beach Marine Safety Management Association, the Seal Beach Supervisors Monday, December 12, 2016 and Professionals Association, and the Terms and Conditions of Employment for the City's Mid-Management and Confidential Employees for the Period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019, and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Same - Adopt Resolution No 6702 establishing the memoranda of understanding with the Seal Beach Marine Safety Management Association (SBMSMA), the Seal Beach Supervisors and Professionals Association (SBSPA), and the terms and conditions of employment for the City's Mid-Management and Confidential employees for the period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019 and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same. City Wide Landscape Maintenance Service Contract - Reject all Landscape Maintenance Services bids, direct staff to bring back a landscape services agreement to fulfill general landscape maintenance services until the end of this fiscal year, and direct staff to conduct a cost- benefit analysis to consider bringing landscape maintenance services in- house. I. Urgency Ordinance Amending Regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units in Residential Zones in the City to Comply with New State Legislation (Zone Text Amendment No. 16-2) - Adopt Urgency Ordinance No. 1662 amending regulations for accessory dwelling units in residential zones in the City to comply with new state legislation, to be effective immediately and direct staff to further evaluate the impact of the new state legislation addressing accessory dwelling units and bring back a report to the City Council within 45 days. J. Selection of Mayor and.Mayor''Pro-Tem — that the City Council select a Mayor and Mayor Pro Tempore for 2017.
