FOR PARCEL 3, ALSO KNOWN AS A-47 SURFSIDE.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, Eugene Di Luigi and Sue A. Di Luigi filed for a Lot Line Adjustment for A-47
Surfside and portion of Parcell and Parcel 2, Surfside Colony, LTD. Inc, owned by
Surfside Colony LTD. Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted the completed Lot Line Adjustment folTI1S and
exhibits, Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Seal Beach does
hereby approve Lot Line Adjustment 00-03 between Eugene Di Luigi and Sue A. Di Luigi and
Surfside Colony, LTD. Inc.
