WHEREAS, Jeffrey Sperber and Steven Sperber, Co-Trustees of the Carolyn Sperber filed for a
Lot Line Adjustment for B-I\ Surfside and portion of Pareel 2, Surfside Colony,
LTD. Inc, owned by Surfsidc Colony LTD. Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has subrnitted the completed Lot Line Adjustment forms and
exhibits, Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Seal Beach does
hcreby approve Lot Line Adjustment 00-04 between Jeffrey Sperber and Steven Sperber, Co-
Trustees of the Carolyn Sperber and Surfsidc Colony, LTD. Inc.
