FOR PARCEL 3, ALSO KNOWN AS A.IS SURFSIDE.

WHEREAS, John M. Cencak filed for a Lot Line Adjustment for A-IS Surfside and portion of
Parcel I and Pareel 2, Surfside Colony, LTD. Inc, owned by Surfside Colony LTD.
Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted the completed Lot Line Adjustment forms and
exhibits, Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Seal Beach does
hereby approve Lot Line Adjusunent 00-05 between John M. Cencak and Surfside Colony, LTD.
