SEAL BEACH APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. LL-00-06
FOR PARCEL 3, ALSO KNOWN AS A-59 SUIWSIDE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, Michael F. McCoy filed for a Lot Line Adjustment for A-59 Surfside and portion of
Parcell and Parcel 2, Surfside Colony, LTD. Inc, owned by Surfside Colony LTD.
Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted the completed Lot Line Adjustment fonns and
exhibits, Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Seal Beach does
hereby approve Lot Line Adjustment 00-06 between Michael F. McCoy and Surfside Colony, LTD.
