The Successor Agency met at 11:06 p.m. in the City Council Chambers with
Chair Massa -Lavitt calling the meeting to order.

Varipapa moved, second by Sloan, to approve the recommended actions on the
consent calendar as presented.

Agency meeting of July 25, 2016 — Approve by minute order.

4. Amendment No. 1 to Administration and Oversight Agreement to Appoint
a Successor Oversight Agent in connection with Bond and Agency
Regulatory Agreements for Seal Beach Shores Mobile Home Park -
Governing Board of the Successor Agency to the Seal Beach
Redevelopment Agency (the "Successor Agency") adopt Resolution No.
SA 16 -03, authorizing the execution and delivery of Amendment No. 1 to

Administration and Oversight Agreement to appoint a successor Oversight
Agent and Program Administrator, and taking related actions.
