H. Approve Utility Agreement with Orange County Transportation Authority in Relation to the 1-405 Improvement Project for New Sewer Construction — Adopt Resolution No. 6716 approving Utility Agreement No. UK102097 between the City of Seal Beach and Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for the 1-405 Freeway Improvement Project; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement. Energy Efficiency Climatec Program — Approve Resolution No. 6717 directing the termination of an installation agreement with Climatec Building Technologies Group and approving the execution of an Amendment to Lease Schedule #13-030 and Memorandum Regarding Application of Remainder of Acquisition Fund; and authorize the Mayor to execute Amendment to Lease Schedule #13-030 and Memorandum Regarding Application of Remainder of Acquisition Fund.
