At this time members of the public may address the Council regarding any items
within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Council. Pursuant to the Brown
Act, the Council cannot discuss or take action on any items not on the agenda
unless authorized by law. Matters not on the agenda may, at the Council's
discretion, be referred to the City Manager and placed on a future agenda.
Those members of the public wishing to speak are asked to come forward to the

Seal Beach Municipal Code.
F. Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 1664 — Adopt Ordinance
No. 1664, an Ordinance of the City of Seal Beach Amending Chapter
11 .4.100 (Medical Marijuana) of Part IVE, amending Table 11 .2.05.010
and Table 11 .2.10.010 of Part II of Title 11 of the Seal Beach Municipal
Code.
G. Fiscal Year 2016-17 Fleet Replacement - Adopt Resolution No. 6715
Authorizing the purchase of twelve fourteen replacement vehicles and
equipment for the City's fleet at a total of $1 ,107,_ 99859.79, in
accordance with the breakdown set out in this staff report; authorizing the
City Manager to approve purchase orders for the new vehicles,
equipment, up-fitting and payment of all State taxes and fees required for
delivery for vehicle and equipment purchases; authorizing the City
Manager to execute a Purchase Order in the amount of $50,000 to Hi
Standard Automotive, LLC for retrofitting the Police Fleet pursuant to Seal
Beach Municipal Code Section 3.20.025(B); and authorizing the City
Manager to surplus existing vehicles and equipment upon the completion
of the new vehicle and equipment purchase and retrofitting.
H. Approve Utility Agreement with Orange County Transportation
Authority in Relation to the 1-405 Improvement Project for New Sewer
Construction — Adopt Resolution No. 6716 approving Utility Agreement
No. UK102097 between the City of Seal Beach and Orange County
Transportation Authority (OCTA) for the 1-405 Freeway Improvement
Project; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
Energy Efficiency Climatec Program — Approve Resolution No. 6717
directing the termination of an installation agreement with Climatec
Building Technologies Group and approving the execution of an
Amendment to Lease Schedule #13-030 and Memorandum Regarding
Application of Remainder of Acquisition Fund; and authorize the Mayor to
execute Amendment to Lease Schedule #13-030 and Memorandum
Regarding Application of Remainder of Acquisition Fund.

J. Agreement with the City of Long Beach to Provide Animal Control
Services - Adopt Resolution No. 6718 authorizing the City Manager to
execute the agreement between the City of Seal Beach and the City of
Long Beach to ensure continuous animal control services, and to
implement CPI adjustments.
