Page 7: Convergent Technologies Can I see Genetec Software Support Agreement? Staff will forward a copy of the agreement under separate email. Page 15: County of Orange $29,880 Pollutant Discharge Agreement — what is this? The County of Orange administers the Regional Water Control Board MS 4 (NPDES) Permit for all cities within the County. For fiscal year 2016 -17 the cost charged to Seal Beach for the County to administer the NPES program on our behalf was $29,880. Page 18: SCE $10,841.34 Do we ever ask if they can discount the bill due to all the activity? All SCE rates are approved by the Public Utilities Commission. Most of the City's rates are based upon the more cost effective Time of Use rates. ITEM F: Edison Park Need SCE approval for changes 1) License fee is $2,060. What was it previously? $2,000 2) What options are available for the future: a. Shade Covers b. Extending the Gardens (there is 2 year waiting list and land between the gardens and basketball field are just big weeds anyway) This Master Plan document does, however, recommend that the City expand the community gardens at this park site, which are a compatible use of the utility corridor. Staff will be prepared to address these questions at the Council meeting tonight.
