A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PLAN,
INCLUDING SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR MANAGE-
MENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND NON- REPRESENTED
EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the Government Code of the State of California prescribes a procedure I
for resolving matters regarding wages, hours and other terms and
conditions of employment; and
WHEREAS, the City of Seal Beach has met and conferred in good faith with the
non-represented employees for the purposes of discussing wages,
benefits and other conditions of employment; and
WHEREAS, the City of Seal Beach and the non-represented employees have reached
an agreement regarding said wages, benefits and other conditions of
employment for a term of not less than 24 months, commencing July 1,
1995 and ending June 30, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Seal Beach
to approving an amendment to the terms and conditions of employment for all
non-represented employees attached as an Exhibit to the Resolution, for the above
stated term.

"Executive Management package includes an additional 1.5% equivalent to be placed in the Pay for
Performance fund, Eligible employees may receive performance pay of 1 %-7%, payable over a 3-month
period, as recognition for outstanding achievement in the area of efficiency, innovation, cost saving
ideas or other performance criteria, Any portion of the parformance fund not awarded may be carried
over to the next fiscal year for the same purpose.
