Dear Mr. Rallis,
As you know, in November, 2000 the City Council appointed an
Ad Hoc Water Quality Control Committee with a goal to
identify and discuss water quality issues of interest to
this community and to participate in the formulation of a
Stormwater and Urban Runoff Water Quality Plan. The Water
Quality Plan was adopted by the Council at their September
10, 2001 meeting, and with the Committee goal having been
accomplished, the Council has taken action to disband the
Committee.
On behalf of Mayor Doane and the City Council please accept
their sincere appreciation for the time and effort you
devoted to the Committee tasks as well as commendation for
an excellent document in the Water Quality Plan.
Thank you and best wishes for the future.
Very truly yours,
Joanne M. Yeo, City Clerk
