SUBJECT: Council Meetings - 11/26 & 12/24
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
That City Council cancel the scheduled Council meetings for Monday, November 26,
2001 and Monday, December 24, 2001.

Looking at the anticipated composition of Council agendas for the remainder of the
calendar year and in recognition of the holiday season, staff is requesting that the second
monthly meetings scheduled for both November and December be cancelled. All items
that need Council attention will be addressed at either the November 13a or the
December I& sessions.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
Upon motion of the consent calendar, the November 26, 2001 Council meeting and the
December 24, 2001 Council meeting will be cancelled.
