RESOLUTION NUMBER 6759
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING THE SUBSTITUTION OF CERTAIN CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS WITH THE LIFEGUARD
HEADQUARTERS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT BG1806 FOR A
TOTAL OF $80,000 AND DIRECTING STAFF TO SEEK BIDS
FOR REPAIRS TO THE LIFEGUARD HEADQUARTERS
BUILDING PROJECT BG1806
THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY FIND AND RESOLVE:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the substitution and replacement
of the following capital improvement projects:
A. BG1804 Police Department Electric Vehicle Charging Station, $30,000
B. BP1801 Boardwalk Blockwall Replacement, $50,000
with the Lifeguard Headquarters Improvement Project BG1806, with total funding
of $80,000.
Section 2. The City Council directs staff to begin seeking bids for repairs of
lifeguard headquarters following remediation of the building, and obtain any
further City Council authorization as necessary.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the Seal Beach City Council at a
regular meeting held on the 14th day of August 2017 by the following vote:
