SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. LL 01-
04, A -61 SURFSIDE
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The proposed City Council Action will adopt attached Resolution approving Lot Line
Adjustment No. LL 01 -04 for the purpose of granting 0.0028 acre from Parcel 3 ki;wn
as A -61 Surfside to Parcel 2 known as Surfside Colony and adding approximately 0.0628
acre to Parcel 3 from Parcel 1 also known as Surfside Colony.
BACKGROUND:
The proposed Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 01 -04 was prepared and submitted by Jones,
Cahl and Associates on behalf of Gary and Jana Goodwin, in order to relinquish 0.0028
acre of property to Surfside Colony, LTD, Inc. and acquire 0.0028 acre of property from
Surfside Colony, LTD,, Inc. through agreement. A copy of Lot Line Adjustment No. LL
01 -04 with authorized signatures, parcel descriptions, and exhibits is attached for City
Council review.
The lot line adjustment procedure is not a subdivision procedure and the proposed lot line
revision is exempt from the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. A lot line adjustment
is an administrative procedure and can be completed by adoption of the attached
resolution.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact. Costs $re recovered through user fees collected at the time of application.
RECOMMENDATION:
Upon motion of the consent calendar, it is recommended that the City Council adopt the
attached resolution approving Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 01 -04 for A -61 Surfside, and

authorize the Director of Public Works/City Engineer and the Director of Development
Services to sign Lot Line Adjustment No. LL O1 -04.
