TI-IE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, on April 28, 1997, Surfside Colony Ltd" Inc. filed for Lot Line Adjustment to
merge an existing 25 x 26 ft. parccl to an existing 35 x 26 ft. parcel for a total
parcel sizc of 60 X 26 ft. also known as 16256 Surfside Avenue, Surfside (aka B-25
Surfside Avenue).
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted thc completed Lot Line Adjustmcnt forms and
exhibits, Attached hcreto as Exhibit A & B.
NOW, ll-IEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Seal Beach
approves the Lot Line Adjustment between Surfside Colony Ltd., Inc, and Albert O. Lissoy.
