SUBJECT: SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 1469
REGARDING REGULATIONS AFFECTING
RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMITS
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
City Council approved Ordinance Number 1469 on May 14, 2001. It would be timely for
Council to approve second reading of this ordinance.
BACKROUND:
Ordinance Number 1469 adds more specific language regarding eligibility for a Resident
parking permit and restricts each household to one Guest parking permit.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
RECOMMENDATION:
That Council hold second reading and adopt Ordinance Number 1469.
