RESOLUTION NUMBER No
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS
MADE BY THE MAYOR OF REPRESENTATIVES TO VARIOUS
BOARDS, AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS, ASSIGNING
CERTAIN DUTIES TO COUNCILMEMBERS AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NUMBER 4469
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .SEAL BEACH HEREBY RESOLVES:
WHEREAS, the duly selected Mayor of the City of Seal Beach has appointed various
members of the City Council to be the City's official representatives to various boards,
agencies and organizations requiring such representation; and
WHEREAS, certain duties have been assigned to certain Councilmembers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of confirming such appointments and
assignments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1.
Marilyn Bruce Hastings as Mayor of the City of Seal Beach is the
City's representative on the Board of Directors of Sanitation District
Number Three of Orange County;
2.
George Brown of Seal Beach is the City's
alternate representative on the Board of Directors of Sanitation
District Number Three of Orange County;
3. Harry Fulton is the City's representative to the
West Orange County Water Board;
4. Gwen Forsythe is the City's alternate representative
to the West Orange County Water Board;
5. George Brown IS the City's representative to
Southern California Association of Governments;
6. Harry Fulton is the City's alternate
representative to Southern California Association of Governments;
7. Marilyn Bruce Hastinqs is the City's
representative to Orange County Division, League of California
Cities;
8.
Patricia Campbell is the City's alternate
representative to Orange County Division, League of California
Cities;
9. Harry Fulton is the City's representative to
the Santa Ana River Flood Protection Agency;
10. P"rr; ci a Call\Pbell is the City's alternate
representative to the Santa Ana River Flood
Protection Agency.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
1. That these appointments are effective this date.
2. That Resolution Number 4469 is hereby rescinded.
