Active Transportation Program Grant for the Lampson Avenue Bike Lane Gap Closure Project - Direction to staff to increase the Active Transportation Program Grant's required local agency matching funds from 20 percent to approximately 50 percent of total project costs and pursue the Lampson Avenue Bike Lane Gap Closure Project.
