SUBJECT: SURPLUS PROPERTY
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Approve the declaration of surplus property and authorize staff to dispose of the vehicles
through sale and/or auction.
DISCUSSION:
The City currently has sixteen vehicles that have lived out their useful life and should be
declared surplus and disposed through sale, public auction and/or sold for scrap. The
vehicles to be auctioned are as follows:

sale and/or auction of these vehicles.
