SUBJECT: Approval of Lot Line Adjustment - No. LL — 00-03
A-47 Surfside
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:

The proposed City Council Action will adopt attached Resolution approving Lot Line adjustment
for the purpose of granting 0.000918 acre from Parcel 3 known as A-47 Surfside to Parcel 2
known as Surfside Colony and adding approximately 0.00184 acre to Parcel 3 from Parcel 1 also
known as Surfside Colony.
The proposed Lot Line adjustment was prepared and submitted by Jones, Cahl and Associates on
behalf of Eugene Di Luigi and Sue A. Di Luigi, in order to relinquish 0.000918 acre of property to
Surfside Colony, LTD, Inc. and acquire 0.00184 acre of property from Surfside Colony, LTD, Inc.
through agreement. A copy of the Lot Line Adjustment authorized signatures and parcel descriptions
with exhibits are attached for City Council review.
The lot line adjustment procedure is not a subdivision procedure and the proposed lot line revision is
exempt from the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. Lot Line Adjustment is an administrative
procedure and can be completed by adoption of the attached resolution.
TION
It is recommended that Council adopt the attached resolution approving the Lot Line Adjustments
for A47 Surfside, LLr00-03 and authorize the Director of Public Works/City Engineer and the
Director of Develo nfent Services to sign the Lot Line Adjustment.
