Badum, Director of Public Works/City Engineer SUBJECT: Approval of Lot Line Adjustment - No. LL — 00-05 A-15 Surfside SUMMARY OF REQUEST: The proposed City Council Action will adopt attached Resolution approving Lot Line adjustment for the purpose of granting 0.000239 acre from Parcel 3 known as A-15 Surfside to Parcel 2 known as Surfside Colony and adding approximately 0.00102 acre to Parcel 3 from Parcel 1 also known as Surfside Colony. DISCUSSION: The proposed Lot Line adjustment was prepared and submitted by Jones, Cahl and Associates on behalf of John M. Cencak, in order to relinquish 0.000239 acre of property to Surfside Colony, LTD, Inc. and acquire 0.00102 acre of property from Surfside Colony, LTD, Inc. through agreement. A copy of the Lot Line Adjustment authorized signatures and parcel descriptions with exhibits are attached for City Council review. The lot line adjustment procedure is not a subdivision procedure and the proposed lot fine revision is exempt from the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. Lot Line Adjustment is an administrative procedure and can be completed by adoption of the attached resolution. RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that Council adopt the attached resolution approving the Lot Line Adjustments for A-15 Surfside, LL -00-05 and authorize the Director of Public Works/City Engineer and the Director of Develent Services to sign the Lot Line Adjustment. e . adum/Director of Public Works N TED AND APPROVED:--77--'� Don Mc Intyre, Interim City Manager Agenda Item l
