by the City to at least a majority of the Oversight Board Members regarding any item on this
agenda, are available for review at City Hall in the City Clerk's Office located at 211 Eighth Street,
Seal Beach, California, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or

At this time members of the public may address the Oversight Board regarding any items on this
agenda. Pursuant to the Brown Act, the Board cannot discuss or take action on any items not on
the agenda unless authorized by law. Those members of the public wishing to speak are asked
to come forward and state their name for the record. All speakers will be limited to a period of 3
minutes.
1. Minutes of the Oversight Board Meeting of June 28, 2017 — Approve
by minute order.
2. Successor Agency's withdrawal of Membership from Seal Beach
Public Financing Authority and Execution and Delivery of Related
Amendment to Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement — Adopt Resolution
No. OB18-01 to approve the withdrawal of the Successor Agency's membership
from the PFA and the execution and delivery of the related amendment to the
Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement.
3. Administrative Budgets for the Six -Month Fiscal Periods from July 1,
2018 through December 31, 2018 and from January 1, 2019 through
June 30, 2019 — Adopt Resolution No. OB18-02 approving Successor
Agency's Administrative Budgets for the six-month periods from July 1, 2018
through December 31, 2018 ("Administrative Budget 18-19A") and from January
1, 2019 through June 30, 2019 ("Administrative Budget 18-19B").
